Here's some earlier character exploration for Isabella. A lot of work goes into creating characters that appear on screen for only a few seconds. The turn around time for the project was very brief and due to the time constraints the final design had a lot less detail then any of the concepts I proposed. Production Art - Elemental Stag - New World Trailer
At the end of 2019 I was brought on to work on a few elements for the launch trailer of Amazon Games studios MMO New World. My involvement centred around designing a female captain character production art for an elemental stag, this was a texture treatment for the modellers to get a better idea of the details they would need to pull off the shots. The character was already designed in house so unfortunately I don't know the name of the artist to give credit. The turn around time was very short and Axis Animation and the whole team did a fantastic job Special thanks to Giorgio Grecu who was Art director for the project.

The World
Back in 2012 I worked on some illustrations for a card game. This was one of them. I spent a bit of time adding some elements to help sell the scale. The image ratio was requested by the client as it had to sit alongside the rest of the illustrations in the game.

Gryfon concept illustration
I had the idea a while ago and thought it was time to get it out of my head. This was an exercise in adapting an existing classic creature from Greek mythology and taking some creative liberties with it.
In place of the classic eagle and lion I went with a Lammergeier and a snow leopard.

World building- The Hitherto Unseen
As the story continues to evolve, so do the inhabitants of the world. This unusual duo are a Fruitling and her guardian Tanglehorn.
Tanglehorn's have a fearsome reputation throughout the Folkish realms, despite their diminutive size they have been known to see off large rats, badgers and foxes. Loyal and brave, they are charged with the safeguarding of young Fruitlings. Paired together from birth, they move and think as one being, this symbiotic relationship is very rare amongst the hidden realms.

Illustrations for Dr Who App
These illustrations were created for the BBC's Dr who App which was launched to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the much loved TV show. It was probably the most challenging brief I've ever tackled due in part to the 50 clues in each illustration
I had to recreate the interior of the Tardis from screen grabs of the show which gave me endless headaches.
I thought it was high time I posted something
I thought I should post something since it's been a really long time since I last did. Paper Panda is keeping me very busy these days.
This was an illustration for "Say What You See " for Big Ideas and the theme is super villains.
