This concept sketch was for the king of a race of Griffin Men. It was shown at the Nordic games conference as one of the examples of the differences between Eastern and western approaches to character design. I was very lucky to have been asked to be part of a panel called East West all stars along with Alex Taini from Ninja Theory of Heavenly Sword fame and the art director of Sega responsible for Jet Set radio and the Art Director from Furi Furi.Friday, September 12, 2008
